          252.  Mary Elizabeth6 HALL (Elizabeth M.5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 14 May 1866 in Keokuk County, Iowa and died 23 December 1915 in Fulton, Callaway County, Missouri at age 49. The cause of death was burns suffered when her clothes caught fire from an explosion of a mixture of oil and rubber that she was lifting from the laundry stove. Mary was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Callaway County.

     On 3 April 1891 in Calloway County she married Green Berry MULLINNIX, the son of David and Sarah (Davis) Mullinex, who was born 21 May 1870 in Van Buren Township, Keokuk County, Iowa. He died of Bright’s disease 1 March 1935 in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri at age 64, and was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery. Green married second Pearl C. [--?--], born circa 1887 in Missouri, and they had a son Claude, born circa 1919 in Converse County, Wyoming.

     Known children of Mary Elizabeth6 HALL and Green MULLINEX, all born in Keokuk County, Iowa, were as follows:

               390       i.    George Pearl7 MULLINNIX, known as Fay, was born 21 April 1891 and died 1 March 1982 in Fenton, Jefferson County, Missouri at age 90. He was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri. Fay, a streetcar conductor, married first 14 May 1919 Daisy DOUGLAS, the daughter of Frank and Virginia ‘Jennie’ (Dickenson) Douglas, who was born 23 September 1891 in St. Aubert Township, Callaway County, Missouri. She died 23 November 1967 in St. Louis County at age 76. Fay married second Rosabelle Jenkins FOSTER 29 April 1968. She was born 2 September 1896 in Wisconsin and died 13 October 1981 in Antonio, Jefferson County, Missouri at age 85. Rosabelle was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in St. Louis.

               391      ii.    Hazel Maude MULLINNIX was born 14 February 1893. She died 7 July 1981 in Fulton, Callaway County, Missouri at age 88, and was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery in Fulton. Hazel married William Cecil MUIR, known as Cecil, 1 March 1920 in Randolph County, Missouri. He was born 8 November 1889 in St. Aubert Township, Callaway County, the son of William Ennis and Sintha Lee (Sacre) Muir, and died 29 December 1966 in Missouri at age 77. Cecil was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery. Their known children were Mary Lee, and Billie Frances, born 10 May 1923 in Fulton and died 10 March 2011 in Henry County, Iowa at age 87, who married Leo TURLEY, son of Lester David and Martha Jane (Smith) Turley, 26 Apr 1947 in Fulton. Leo was born 18 February 1921 and died 19 September 1994 in Henry County at age 73. Billie and Leo were buried in Forest Home Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, Henry County.

               392      iii.    Roy George MULLINNIX was born 4 March 1896 and married in 1917 in Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas Edna BURDETTE who was born 3 March 1892 in Missouri. He died 18 October 1956 in Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming at age 60. Edna died in October in Casper at age 81. Their known children were Sylvia L., Dorothy Margaret, Robert E., and Herbert Lee. 

 

     257.  Mary E.6 VANCE (Mary Jane5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 23 September 1855 in Logan County, Ohio.

     On 3 March 1881 in Champaign County, Ohio Mary married Benjamin Franklin LOOKER, the son of Gibson R. and Eleanor ‘Ellen’ Sarah (Blackford) Looker, who was born in January 1845 in Palestine, Darke County, Ohio. He died 22 January 1906 in Middletown, Butler County, Ohio at age 61. Benjamin served in the Civil War enlisting 23 October 1863 in Company C, 12th Ohio Cavalry Regiment where he was a blacksmith. He filed for an invalid pension 29 June 1876 and his widow Mary filed for a pension 5 February 1906. He married first as Benjamin F. Looker Sarah A. Wooley 29 January 1870 in Shelby County, Ohio and married second as B.F. Looker Margaret Collins 10 November 1870 in Shelby County.

     Known children of Mary E.6 VANCE and Benjamin Franklin LOOKER were as follows:

               394       i.    Blanche7 LOOKER was born 16 September 1882 in Springhills, Champaign County, Ohio and died 13 August 1963 at age 80 in Seminole County, Oklahoma. She was buried in Little Cemetery, Little, Seminole County. Blanche married Lewis Madison HALL, the son of Robert and Mary Eliza (Applegate) Hall, 3 April 1898 in Logan County, Ohio.  Lewis was born 18 December 1863 in Athens County, Ohio. He died of angina 22 June 1925 in Bellefontaine, Logan County at age 61, and was buried 25 June 1925 in Springhills Cemetery, Champaign County. Lewis was a laborer for Big Four Railroad. The couple had four children. Harry Madison was born 1 April 1903 in Ohio and died in February 1978 in Chautauqua County, New York at age 74. He married 14 March 1929 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan Donita Lee DEPUY, known as Donna, the daughter of Frank and Sarah (Walker) Depuy, who was born 24 January 1901 in Bellevue, Eaton County, Michigan and died in December 1984 in Chautauqua County at age 84. She married previously Miles Wyman 3 August 1924 in Eaton County. Bertha Lucille, was born 2 December 1904 in Ohio and died 28 March 1970 in Seminole County, Oklahoma at age 65. She was buried in Little Cemetery there. B. Lucille, as her name was often recorded, married Thomas Neri WASHINGTON  10 November 1921 in Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma. He was born 22 June 1889 in Garland County, Arkansas, the son of John Sanders and Alice Mary (Hollingshead) Washington, and died in Seminole County at age 74. Thomas was buried in Little Cemetery. Clarence Applegate was born circa 1906 in Ohio and Helen M. was born circa 1910 in Logan County, Ohio.

               395      ii.    Goldie LOOKER was born 2 September 1886 in Tawawa, Shelby County, Ohio.

               396      iii.    Harley E. LOOKER was born 29 January 1888 in Upland, Grant County, Indiana. In the 1910 federal census he was a painter in a factory in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois. He served as a private in World War I in the 158th Depot Brigade and received an honorable discharge 29 June 1918. Three months before his discharge, on 12 March 1918 in Newport, Campbell County, Kentucky, Harley married Cora Alice LUTZ. She was born 1 April 1877 in Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, the daughter of John and Claretta (Sanders)) Lutz, and had been married twice previously: first to James O’Cleary, Jr., 24 December 1899 in Springfield with whom she had daughters Beatrice and Helen, and second to John W. Brubaker 12 January 1911 in  Middletown, Butler County, Ohio. Cora died of cardiac failure 24 April 1924 in Middletown at age 47, and was buried 28 April 1924 in Woodside Cemetery in that city.  Harley married second 2 June 1925 in Butler County Lucinda Frances COLE, known as Frances. She was born 22 September 1894 in Manchester, Clay County, Kentucky, the daughter of Theophilus G. and Lucinda (Burnett) Cole. Frances was married previously 8 September 1910 in Laurel, Lewis County, Kentucky to John Jackson Smith, and they had daughters Olive and Frieda. In the 1930 federal census Harley, Frances and her two daughters were enumerated in Middletown. He was admitted to the United States National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio on 28 January 1930 and was discharged 6 May 1930; admitted again 6 April 1931 and discharged 4 May 1931.  Harley died 24 November 1937 in Proviso Township, Cook County, Illinois at age 49, and was buried in Woodside Cemetery in Middletown, Ohio. Frances died in February 1984 in Butler County at age 89.

          +   397     iv.    Pearl Alice LOOKER, born 8 August 1892 in Blackford County, Indiana; married Guy Chester COWGILL.

               398      v.    Albert James LOOKER was born 9 October 1892 in Blackford County, Indiana. He died in July 1964 at age 71, and was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan. Albert married 25 May 1918 in Kalamazoo Nora Belle KNOWLES, the daughter of Henry David and Martha Electa (Larabee) Knowles, who was born 3 April 1888 in Indiana. Nora was married first to Albert Marvin 30 November 1907 in Michigan and second to Elisha Forbes 2 October 1912 in that state. She died 24 November 1960 in Kalamazoo at age 72, and was buried in Riverside Cemetery.

 

     259.  John Clarence6 VANCE (Mary Jane5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 25 December 1859 in Jefferson Township, Logan County, Ohio. He died at age 83 on 3 July 1943 at the home of his son Curtis Vance in Butler Township, Montgomery County, Ohio. The cause of death was arterioscleratic heart disease with cardiac failure. He was buried 5 July 1943 in Forest Hill Union Cemetery, Piqua, Miami County, Ohio next to his two wives Emaline and Nettie. Nettie has a simple marker, but there are no markers on the graves of John and Emaline.

     John married first Emaline JULIAN 30 November 1880 in Springhills, Champaign County, Ohio. She was divorced earlier in the day from her husband Samuel S. Chapman whom she married 2 November 1876 in Champaign County. The court found that Samuel “had been found guilty of willful absence from the plaintiff for more than three years prior to the filing of the petition” and the divorce was granted. Samuel was ordered to pay Emaline $400 and court costs, and Emaline’s maiden name was restored. Emaline, a twin to Caroline, was born 29 January 1861 in Champaign County, the daughter of John W. and Hannah A. (Smith) Julian. She died 9 October 1893 in Miami County at age 32, and was buried 11 October 1893 in Forest Hill Union Cemetery.

      John married second Nettie Florence FULLER 30 June 1895 in Miami County. She was born in May 1874 in Shelby County, Ohio, the daughter of John Henry and Margaret Elizabeth (Weddle) Fuller. John and Nettie were in West Virginia by March 1898 and remained there until at least February 1900 when their third child was born. By June of 1900 they had returned to Piqua and lived on Covington Avenue when the census was enumerated. John was listed as an engineer. Nettie died in August 1906 in Piqua, age 32, and was buried 14 August 1906 in Forest Hill Union Cemetery.

     260.  Olive C.6 VANCE (Mary Jane5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 22 March 1868 in Harrison Township, Champaign County, Ohio.

     On 21 April 1883 in Champaign County Olive married first Augustus W. SHELKETT who was born 23 September 1842 in Virginia. He served as a private in Company G, 95th Ohio Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War, enlisting 4 August 1862. His military records show that he was absent without leave starting 15 January 1863, and by 30 April 1863 was listed as a deserter. It is not known if or what kind of punishment he received.  Augustus appeared on the census of 1870 in Union Township, Whitley County, Indiana. Here he had a son out of wedlock with Justina Lovina Barnes – Antrim Earl, born 22 August 1874. This child was found in the 1880 census in Fall Creek, Hamilton County, Indiana living with  Bernard ‘Barney’ and Jane Kepner (she was his grandmother), and his name was enumerated as Anthom Schocket. At some point Antrim dropped his father's surname and became Antrim Barnes, possibly later in 1880 when his grandmother died and he returned to Coesse, Whitely County, Indiana to live with his mother who had married James Graves in 1877. Antrim lived most of his adult life in Montana.

      It would appear that Augustus returned to Champaign County from Indiana around 1874-1876. He was enumerated as single in the 1880 census for Harrison Township, Champaign County. Augustus died of cancer 15 January 1894 in Springhills, Champaign County at age 51.

      Olive married second James H. STOUT 7 June 1894 in Champaign County. James was born circa 1864 in Ohio, the son of Cornelius and Anna (Brennan) Stout, he of Pennsylvania and she of Ireland. No trace of Olive and James has been located after their marriage, and they perhaps settled in the west as did Olive’s two sons from her first marriage.

     Known children of Olive C.6 VANCE and Augustus W. SHELKETT, both born in Champaign County, Ohio, were as follows:

               408       i.    Joseph Spencer7 SHELKETT was born 2 June 1884. His World War I draft registration in 1917 in Benewah County, Idaho gave his birth date and noted that his uncle Robert Huston was living in Lansford, Bottineau County, Idaho. Joseph appeared on the 1920 federal census in St. Marie Precinct, Shoshone County, Idaho, and in 1930 was enumerated in Helmer Precinct, Latah County, Idaho. He was in Marble Creek, Shoshone County, Idaho in 1942 when registration for the World War II draft occurred.

          +   409      ii.    Gilbert Clarence SHELKETT, born 5 June 1888; married Stella May ALLEN.

     There were no known children of Olive C.6 Vance and James H. Stout.

 

     262.  Ida Isola6 COSTIN (Francinah E.5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 9 June 1864 in Bellefontaine, Logan County, Ohio and married Thomas J. LARIMORE 4 November 1891 in Logan County. She died 31 October 1947 in Bellefontaine at age 83, and was buried 3 November 1947 in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

     Thomas was born 19 August 1862 in Logan County, the son of Thomas J. and Amanda (Harvey) Larimore, and died of prostate cancer 3 July 1928 in Bellefontaine at age 65. He was buried 5 July 1928 in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

     Known children of Ida Isola6 COSTIN and Thomas J. LARIMORE, all born in Logan County , Ohio, were as follows:

          +   410       i.    Nellie I.7 LARIMORE, born in July 1892; married Edward W. BRUNDIGE; married Myron F. MOHR.

               411      ii.    Helen M. LARIMORE was born 10 February 1894 and died 14 December 1925 in Oxford, Butler County, Ohio at age 31. The cause of death was a fatal dose of mercury chloride. She was buried 17 December 1925 in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County, Ohio. Helen was a nurse and never married.

               412      iii.    Glenn Costin LARIMORE was born 30 September 1897. He died of streptococcus and septicemia from an abcess 1 September 1925 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio at age 27 where he worked as a lathe operator for Delco Light Company, and was buried 3 September 1925 in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County, Ohio. Glenn never married.

               413     iv.    Francina Elizabeth LARIMORE was born 5 May 1899 and died of pneumonia 19 February 1912 in Bellefontaine, Logan County, Ohio at age 12. She was buried 21 February 1912 in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

 

     265.  James Ranson6 COSTIN (Francinah E.5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 18 November 1868 in Logan County, Ohio and died of a cerebral hemorrhage 15 May 1949 in Miami Township, Logan County at age 80. He was buried 17 May 1949 in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County.

     James, a carpenter and building contractor in partnership with his brother Zohar, was married 18 November 1891 to Eldorado SNODDY, daughter of Abner and Nancy J. (Quinn) Snoddy. Rado, the name that appears on her headstone, was born 14 March 1871 in Logan County. She died of a cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension 25 March 1934 in Bellefontaine at age 63, and was buried 28 March 1934 in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

     Known children of James Ranson6 COSTIN and Eldorado SNODDY were as follows:

               414       i.    Ora James7 COSTIN was born 17 January 1893 in Bellefontaine, Logan County, Ohio and died 8 January 1974 in Lakeland, Polk County, Florida at age 80. He was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery. On 17 January 1893 in Bellefontaine Orrie, as he was known, married Lena Fay ROYER, the daughter of Joseph Pemberton and Ida (Tudor) Royer, who was born in October 1894 in Logan County. She died 10 August 1971 in Bellefontaine at age 76, and was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery. Orrie and Lena had children Ruth, born circa 1914; Charlotte Joan, known as Joan, born circa 1915, who married 31 December 1933 in Adams County, Indiana Bernard E. BLACK; and J. Richard.

               415      ii.    James Donald COSTIN was born 14 January 1904 in Logan County, Ohio. He died 18 September 1996 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas at age 92. A doctor, James resided in April 1935 in Oxford, Sumner County, Kansas. In the 1940 federal census he was enumerated in New Iberia, Iberia County, Louisiana with wife Dorothy, born circa 1912 in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.

 

     268.  Zohar Blair6 COSTIN (Francinah E.5 Sapp, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 21 December 1876 in Bellefontaine, Logan County, Ohio and was a building contractor in partnership with his brother James. He died 28 February 1949 in Bellefontaine at age 72, and was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

     On 7 December 1898 in Logan County Zohar married Cora FISHER, the daughter of Frank M. and Lucy (Rhodes) Fisher. She was born 5 April 1881 in Ohio and died in October 1975 in Logan County at age 94. Cora was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery. In addition to the children below, Zohar and Cora had an infant son Rudolph F. who was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

     Known children of Zohar Blair6 COSTIN and Cora FISHER, all born in Logan County , Ohio, were as follows:

               416       i.    Bessie Lucille7 COSTIN was born 13 May 1901 and died 10 December 1990 in Ohio at age 89. She was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County, Ohio. Bessie married Wilbert Monno CASEY 28 January 1919 in Logan County. The son of Otis W. and Laura (Yelton) Casey, he was born 9 April 1897 in Rushsylvania, Logan County and died 8 May 1969 in Bellefontaine at age 72. Wilbert was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery. The couple had a son Wilbert Monno Blair, Jr., born 4 March 1921 and died 9 April 1966 in Bellefontaine at age 45.

               417      ii.    Wynnetta E. COSTIN was born circa 1905.

               418      iii.    Zohar Blair COSTIN was born and died 24 April 1911. He was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County, Ohio.

               419     iv.    James Francis COSTIN was born 22 June 1912 and died 3 February 2004 in Logan County , Ohio at age 91. A doctor, he married Eleanor Frances SINGER 16 July 1934 in Kentucky. She was born 13 December 1912 in Pueblo, Pueblo County, Colorado, the daughter of Arthur G. and Belle (Farris) Singer, and died 28 January 1998 in Logan County at age 85. Both were buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County. The couple had a daughter.

 

     271.  John Silas6 SAPP (John Franklin5, Mary Apt4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 12 October 1873 in Logan County, Ohio and married Ruth Alvena ROUTT there on 4 June 1902. He died of a coronary thrombosis 11 June 1941 in Delphos, Van Wert County, Ohio at age 67, and was buried 13 June 1941 in Fairview Cemetery, Liberty Township, Logan County.

     Ruth was born 12 October 1878 in Roundhead, Hardin County, Ohio, the daughter of Vincent and Ida M. (Herald) Routt, and died of a coronary thrombosis 22 March 1948 in Delphos at age 69. She was buried 24 March 1948 in Fairview Cemetery.

     Known child of John Silas6 SAPP and Ruth Alvena ROUTT was:

               420       i.    Ida Lucille7 SAPP, known as Lucille, was born in 1904 in Logan County, Ohio and died there in 1970 at age 66. She was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Liberty Township, Logan County. Lucille married 17 November 1920 in Monroe, Monroe County, Michigan Ralph YODER, the son of John T. and Sara A. (Boutrager) Yoder, who was born 28 February 1897 in Logan County. He died in February 1976 in Van Wert, Van Wert County, Ohio at age 79, and was buried in Fairview Cemetery. The couple had a daughter Wanda L., born 25 April 1924 in Logan County and died 4 December 1998 in Van Wert at age 74.

 

     279.  William Newton6 CREVISTON (Isaac5, Elmira4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born in October 1857 in Logan County, Ohio and died between 1920 and 1930 in Ohio.

     On 14 December 1883 in Logan County William, also called Newton, married Floy MAY, the daughter of Samuel and Jane (Taylor) May, who was born 28 July 1859 in Jefferson Township, Logan County. She died 3 August 1935 in East Liberty, Logan County at age 76, and was buried 5 August 1935 in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio.

     Known children of William Newton6 CREVISTON and Floy MAY, both born in Logan County , Ohio, were as follows:

               421       i.    Alma M.7 CREVISTON was born 19 December 1884 and died 3 March 1961 in Bellefontaine, Logan County, Ohio at age 76. She was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio. Alma married 19 October 1920 in Champaign County Roy Davenport ORAHOOD, the son of William Wallace and Lucinda (Cahill) Orahood, who was born 11 March 1884 in Union County , Ohio. He died 23 January 1947 in Fairfield County, Ohio at age 62, and was buried in York Cemetery, York Center, Union County. Roy married first Josephine Mabel, known as Mabel, Bell 14 April 1904 in Union County. She was born 21 March 1884 and died 7 December 1918 at age 34. Mabel was buried in York Cemetery.

               422      ii.    Benjamin Leonard CREVISTON was born 17 November 1886 and died of hereditary spinal ataxia and acute bronchitis 21 April 1935 in Urbana, Champaign County, Ohio at age 48. He was buried 23 April 1935 in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg, Champaign County. Benjamin married Edna Elizabeth MOORE 15 December 1909 in Champaign County. She was born 21 November 1886 in that county and was the daughter of Daniel and Mary (Mitchell) Moore. The couple had a son Manfred Edward who was born 28 February 1915 in Wayne Township, Champaign County and died there of bronchitis 14 March 1915. Benjamin and Edna divorced between 1915 and 1919 and she married second 25 September 1919 in Champaign County William Rudisill McColly who was born 1 July 1871 in Wayne Township, Champaign County, the son of Amaziah J. and Cinderella (Wilson) McColly. He had been married three times previously. William died 18 December 1950 and was buried in Jenkins Chapel Cemetery in Urbana. Edna died 15 November 1967 at age 80.

 

 

     280.  Joseph Frank6 CREVISTON (Isaac5, Elmira4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born in October 1859 in Logan County, Ohio and died 31 March 1907 in North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio at age 47. He was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg.

     On 1 October 1890 in Logan County Joseph married Minnie WAGNER, the daughter of William and Almira (Bishop) Wagner. She was born 12 March 1867 in Union County, Ohio and died of a coronary occlusion 17 August 1946 in North Lewisburg at age 79. Minnie was buried 19 August 1946 in Maple Grove Cemetery.

He died 11 October 1970 in Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida at age 78, and was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio. Elba was owner of an outdoor advertising company in Marysville, Union County. Rowena, as she was known, was born 16 February 1891 in Logan County, the daughter of Edgar Zacharias and Sarah B. (Louden) Scott. She died 28 March 1962 in Marysville at age 71, and was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery. The couple had a son Franklin Scott, born 14 May 1915 and died 2 March 1985 in Lee County, Florida at age 69.

               424      ii.    Louis Dutton CREVISTON was born 4 October 1894 in Plain City, Union County, Ohio and died 3 June 1969 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio at age 74. Louis married 22 September 1923 in Franklin County Fauntobell LATTIMER, the daughter of Wilbur and Lucy C. (Hewitt) Lattimer, who was born 3 August 1895 in Franklin County. She died in June 1981 in Franklin County at age 85. The couple had no children.

               425      iii.    William Merle CREVISTON was born 3 June 1897 in North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio and married Louise KIMBALL 20 May 1924 in Champaign County. He died in March 1981 in Ohio at age 83. Louise was born 9 December 1902 in Ohio, the daughter of William C. and Lucy (Marsh) Kimball. She died 26 August 1992 in Urbana, Champaign County at age 89.  William was a bank clerk. The couple had three children.

               426     iv.    Rowena Almira CREVISTON was born 22 October 1900 in North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio and died 15 July 1953 in Marysville, Union County, Ohio at age 52. She was buried 17 July 1953 in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg. Rowena never married and was a school teacher.

               427      v.    Lynn Wagner CREVISTON was born 21 February 1903 in North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio. He died of a fractured skull 2 August 1927 in Urbana, Champaign County at age 24, and was buried 4 August 1927 in North Lewisburg Cemetery.

 

     298.  Err Cleveland6 HENRY (George Krouskop5, Sarah Ann4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 17 May 1877 in Logan County, Ohio. He died 3 June 1941 in Cassville, Monongalia County, West Virginia at age 64, and was buried in Dents Run Cemetery, Monongalia County.

     On 19 October 1898 in Logan County Err married first Lillian Etta PREDMORE, the daughter of William and Mary Caroline (Titus) Predmore, who was born 7 April 1879 in Logan County. The couple divorced 1 August 1912 in Marion County, Ohio, and Lilly, as she was known, married second Charles Walter Bailey 24 December 1912 in Bellefontaine, Logan County. She died 30 December 1957 in Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio at age 78.

     Err married second Elizabeth ‘Eliza’ Virginia EPPERSON 23 May 1914 in Marion County. It was her third marriage. Eliza was born 15 April 1881 in Tazewell County, Virginia, the daughter of Champney ‘Champ’ R. and Mary Ellen (Jones) Epperson. Err and Eliza divorced and she married fourth Samuel James Scribner 8 May 1916 in Marion County. Eliza died 11 April 1941 at age 59 in North Bloomfield, Morrow County, Ohio.

     Err married third in Pulaski County, Virginia on 24 December 1918 Minnie JONES, who was born 15 May 1890 in that county, the daughter of Israel L. and Ann ‘Nannie’ Jones. After Err’s death Minnie married Wilbur Robey in 1944 in Monongalia County, West Virginia.

               428       i.    Ulas Odell7 HENRY was born 29 January 1900 in Rushylvania, Logan County, Ohio and died 5 April 1972 in Monongalia County, West Virginia at age 72. He was buried in East Oak Grove Cemetery, Morgantown, Monongalia County. His name was given as Odell Ulas in the West Virginia Death Index. Ulas married Ruth Josephine DULGAR 31 October 1922 in Franklin County, Ohio. She was born in 1904 in Mount Sterling, Madison County, Ohio, the daughter of Elmer and Anna Dulgar, and died in Monongalia County in 1961 at age 57. Ruth was buried in East Oak Grove Cemetery. Ulas was married to Grace (Chesney) Henry, his brother James’ widow, at the time of death. Ulas and Ruth had five children.

               429      ii.    Arlie Mae HENRY was born 26 October 1901 in Rushcreek Township, Logan County, Ohio and married Earl Willis KELLY circa 1920 in Ohio. She died in 1973 in Logan County and was buried in Rushylvania Cemetery, Rushylvania, Logan County.  Earl, also known as Willis, was born 22 August 1895 in Hardin County, Ohio, the son of William Benjamin and Margaret Ellen (McCreary) Kelly. He died in 1956 in Logan County at age 61, and was buried in Rushylvania Cemetery. Arlie and Earl had no known children.

               430      iii.    C. F. HENRY was born 7 July 1903 in Logan County, Ohio. He died 18 May 1904 in Logan County, Ohio, and was buried in Rushsylvania Cemetery, Rushcreek Township, Logan County.

               431     iv.    James Everett HENRY was born 20 January 1905 in Logan County, Ohio and died of a coronary occlusion 12 July 1950 in Marion, Marion County, Ohio at age 45. He was buried 16 July 1950 in Rushsylvania Cemetery, Rushylvania, Logan County. James married circa 1927 in Monongalia County, West Virginia Grace Cecyl CHESNEY, the daughter of Max and Ollie Belle (Martin) Chesney, who was born 6 October 1906 in Grant District, Monongalia County. The couple had eight known children. Grace married James’ widowed brother Ulas some time after 1961, and was listed as spouse on his 1972 death certificate.

TITUS 17 February 1900 in Logan County, Ohio. He died 17 February 1964 in Logan County at age 86, and was buried in Rushylvania Cemetery, Rushylvania, Logan County.

     Maud was born 21 October 1877 in Taylor Creek Township, Hardin County, Ohio, the daughter of Ralph and Anna (Blair) Titus. She died 24 September 1967 in Hardin County at age 89, and was buried in Rushylvania Cemetery.

     Known children of James Elmer6 WREN and Maud E.TITUS, all born in Logan County , Ohio, were as follows:

               432       i.    Gerald Wonzer7 WREN was born 14 July 1901 and died 8 July 1989 in Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio at age 87. He was buried in Ridgeway Cemetery, Ridgeway, Hardin County. On 13 July 1927 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio Gerald married Jessie LAWSON, the daughter of George F. and Bessie L. (Green) Lawson, who was born 24 August 1912 in Logan County, and died in Kenton 25 September 1984 at age 72. She was buried in Ridgeway Cemetery.

               433      ii.    Paul Titus WREN was born 24 January 1905 and married in 1927 Minnie Lucile JOHNSON, known as Lucile, who was born 18 March 1912 in Ohio and died 2 April 1983 in Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio at age 71. She was buried in Rushylvania Cemetery, Rushylvania, Logan County, Ohio. Paul died 21 November 1992 in Kenton at age 87, and was buried in Rushylvania Cemetery.

               434      iii.    Everett WREN was born 5 October 1914 and died in Ohio 7 September 2007 at age 92. He married Nettie V. SHROVER who was born 23 October 1917 in Logan County, Ohio and died 12 May 1992 in Sandusky, Erie County, Ohio at age 74. Her mother’s maiden name was Clements.

 

     308.  James Abraham6 HENRY (Zoar B.5, Sarah Ann4 Krouskop, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 25 May 1884 in Monroe Township, Logan County, Ohio. He died in 1957 in Logan County at age 73, was buried in Huntsville Cemetery, McArthur Township, Logan County.

     On 4 May 1907 in Logan County James married Dessie Gertrude BURDEN, the daughter of William J. and Sarah (Miller) Burden, who was born 29 March 1890 in Auglaize County, Ohio. She died of a coronary occlusion 25 January 1944 in Jefferson Township, Logan County at age 53, and was buried 27 January 1944 in Huntsville Cemet ery.

He served in the U.S. Army in World War II and Korea. Lowell married Doris E. SHAW who was born in 1915.

               437      iii.    Olan Ralph HENRY was born 1 April 1912 and died 12 June 1998 in Shelby County, Ohio at age 86.

               438     iv.    Herbert W. HENRY was born 1 June 1914. He died 17 March 1996 in Logan County, Ohio at age 81, and was buried in Highland Memorial Cemetery, West Liberty, Logan County. Herbert married Vivian R. [--?--] who was born 6 September 1919 and died 12 December 2009 at age 90. She was buried in Highland Memorial Cemetery.

               439      v.    Audrey Lucille HENRY was born 27 May 1916 and died 6 May 1995 at age 78 in Hamilton County, Ohio. She married [--?--] ROBERTS.

               440     vi.    Charlotte Louise HENRY was born 21 January 1920 and died 17 August 2002 at age 82 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. She married [--?--] ELLIS and resided in Bellefontaine, Logan County , Ohio.

               441    vii.    Janet Esther HENRY was born 28 June 1922 and died 29 June 1948 in Ohio at age 26. She married Walter COX.

     312.  Lenora Ann6 MCGREGOR (Sarah J.5 Krouskop, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1), also known as Nora, was born in February 1866 in Ohio and married Oliver Morton STUMM 31 December 1889 in Hardin County, Ohio. The couple remained married at least thru 1915 when they were in the Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio city directory. Neither can be located in the 1920 federal census, but in both the 1930 and 1940 federal censuses Oliver was enumerated first divorced and second as widowed and was an inmate in the Lucas County Infirmary. He died of arteriosclerotic heart disease 1 June 1947 in Toledo at age 80, and was buried 3 June 1947 in Sunshine Cemetery in Lucas County.

      Nora married second Theodore J. BANER/BEHNER who was born circa 1877 in Indiana. In the 1930 federal census Theodore, Nora and her son Charles Stumm, as well as Theodore’s brother Henry S. Baner, born circa 1876 in Indiana, appeared on the census in Defiance, Defiance County, Ohio. Theodore and Nora cannot be found in the 1940 census, but Henry Behner [sic], age 65, born in Indiana remained in Defiance, in the household of his brother-in-law Christ Schmitt (Christian Jacob) and wife Emma (Emma Barbara, born in September 1882 in Indiana).

     Known children of Lenora Ann6 MCGREGOR and Oliver Morton STUMM were as follows:

               457       i.    Frank Hayes7 STUMM was born 29 March 1891 in Ada, Hardin County, Ohio. He died 2 September 1972 in Lima, Allen County, Ohio at age 81, and was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima. Frank married first Edna May SCHOLFIELD 29 July 1915 in Allen County. She was born in May 1890 in Lima, the daughter of George and Alta L. (Bacome) Scholfield, and died 29 November 1923 in Allen County at age 33. Edna was buried in Fairmont Cemetery, Uniopolis, Auglaize County, Ohio. Frank and Edna had a daughter Cuma Corrine.  Frank married second Beatrice BLAIR, the daughter of George and Rosie (Ferguson) Blair, who was born 22 December 1898 in Blackford County, Indiana and died 12 December 1970 in Lima. She married first Clarence L. Hooper 1 December 1916 in Lima and had a son Robert E. Hooper. Frank and Beatrice had a daughter Carolyn Lee, born circa 1935, who died 27 September 1945 in Lima, and was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery.

               458      ii.    Charles STUMM was born 12 September 1902. He died 26 March 1980 in Defiance, Defiance County, Ohio at age 77.

     There were no known children of Lenora Ann6 McGregor and Theodore Baner.

 

     314.  Mary Catherine6 MCGREGOR (Sarah J.5 Krouskop, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born in May 1875 in Ohio and died after 1940, likely in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

     On 23 April 1896 in Hardin County, Ohio Mary married Charles M. VERMILLION, the son of David and Rebecca (Whitehurst) Vermillion, who was born 14 November 1856 in Hardin County, Ohio. He married first 25 August 1881 in Hardin County Margaret Alice Hively who was born 30 November 1861 in that county and died 8 June 1895 at age 33. The couple had a daughter Bessie R. born in December 1887 who married Clarence Stewart 1 June 1904 in Ada, Hardin County. Some time after 1904 Charles, Mary and children moved to Edmond, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma  and remained there thru the 1920 federal census. Mary and Charles divorced and he returned to Ohio. He resided in Auglaize Township, Allen County in the 1930 and 1940 federal censuses and died of a pulmonary thrombosis in Lima, Allen County 25 September 1941 at age 84. He was buried 28 September 1941 in Huntersville Cemetery, Allen County. Mary remained in Oklahoma and was enumerated in the 1930 and 1940 federal censuses in Oklahoma City.

               461      iii.    Marvin O. VERMILLION was born 7 October 1904 in Ohio and died 30 April 1950 in Oklahoma at age 45. He was buried in Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Marvin married first Bessie Lee GRIMES 14 July 1928 in Canadian County, Oklahoma, and second Maxine/Mackie OSBORNE 31 March 1934 in Bryan County, Oklahoma.

               462     iv.    Ugenia Carol VERMILLION, known as Carol Jean and Jean, was born circa 1908 in Edmond, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. She married first [--?--] BARKER and had a daughter Melva Joy, but was widowed by 1930. She then married [--?--] MCCAY and had a son Merle Alfred, but was again widowed, this time by 1940. She was enumerated with her two children in the household of her brother Beryl in the 1940 federal census in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

               463      v.    Oliver K. VERMILLION was born in 1910 in Edmond, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. He died in 1981 in Oklahoma. at age 71, and was buried in Memory Garden, McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.

               464     vi.    Beryl Maxwell VERMILLION was born 23 September 1915 in Edmond, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and died 16 April 1997 in Orange County, California at age 81.

 

     321.  Elmer Earl6 KROUSKOP (Jacob5, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 2 June 1873 in Washington Township, Union County, Ohio. He died at age 84 in 1957 in Logan County, Ohio, and was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County.

    Elmer married 24 January 1894 in Logan County Martha E. KANAGA, the daughter of Solomon and Nancy (King) Kanaga, who was born 13 April 1875 in Ohio. She died of liver cancer 23 November 1944 in Bellefontaine at age 69, and was buried 25 November 1944 in Bellefontaine Cemetery. An infant of theirs was buried, without a marker, in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty, Logan County.

     Known children of Elmer Earl6 KROUSKOP and Martha E. KANAGA, all born in Logan County , Ohio, were as follows:

               466       i.    Rowena Fern7 KROUSKOP was born 14 June 1894 and married Herman G. JOHNSON 16 May 1914 in Logan County, Ohio. She died in 1969 in Ohio at age 75, and was buried in Zanesfield Cemetery, Zanesfield, Logan County. Herman was born 24 September 1892 in Logan County and was the son of Wallace W. and Stella M. (Moffatt) Johnson. He died in 1964 in Logan County at age 72, and was buried in Zanesfield Cemetery. The couple had a son Forest M. born 11 April 1919 in Logan County and died 10 April 1999 in Mantatee County, Florida at age 79; and a son Dwight Earl who died in 1930 and was buried in Zanesfield Cemetery.

               467      ii.    Helen Marie KROUSKOP was born 15 September 1896. She died 3 April 1992 in Wyandot County, Ohio at age 95, and was buried in Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky, Wyandotte County. Circa 1921 Helen married Allison Meyers STOUFFER, the son of Aaron M. and Anna Stouffer, who was born 8 December 1894 in Adair County, Iowa. He died 29 June 1985 in Wyandotte County at age 90, and was buried in Old Mission Cemetery. Their known children were Leroy Allison, born 18 April 1923 in Kansas and died 1 October 1987 in Tulare County, California at age 64; Helen Louise born in Kansas; and Ruth Ann born in Ohio. In the 1930 federal census the family was enumerated in Goodland, Sherman County, Kansas where Allison was proprietor of a plumbing business. In 1940 they had returned to Logan County, Ohio and Allison was a minister.

               468      iii.    Oscar Allen KROUSKOP was born 22 May 1898. He died 15 June 1971 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio at age 73, and was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County, Ohio. In the 1940 federal census Oscar was an inmate in the Dayton State Hospital. He never married.

               469     iv.    Anna Margaret KROUSKOP was born in 1900 and died 20 February 1902 in Logan County , Ohio. She was buried in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty, Logan County.

               470      v.    Ralph Donald KROUSKOP was born 18 June 1901. He died 29 October 1990 at age 89 in Highlands County, Florida and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lake Placid, Highlands County. Ralph married Margaret L. [--?--] who was born in 1895 in Wisconsin and died 19 September 1990 in Highlands County at age 95. She was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.

               471     vi.    Paul Herbert KROUSKOP was born 20 April 1906 and died 24 July 1997 in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida at age 91. He was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County, Ohio.  Paul married Leona ‘Toni’ BROWNING who was born 10 August 1917 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, the daughter of Newton and Rose (Richeson) Browning, and who died 1 April 2009 in Tallahassee at age 91.

               472    vii.    Karl Melvin KROUSKOP was born 10 January 1910 and died 11 January 2001 in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida at age 91. Karl married Rachel R. RANDALL who was born 19 November 1915 in Ohio. She died 19 June 1986 at age 70 in Manatee County. Both were buried in Skyway Memorial Gardens, Palmetto, Manatee County. The couple had daughters Karolyn and Jean Ann.

 

     324.  Frank B.6 KROUSKOP (Zachary Taylor5, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 1 February 1873 in Byhalia, Union County, Ohio. He died 19 February 1933 in Monroe Township, Logan County, Ohio at age 60. The cause of death was self-inflicted hanging by rope. Frank was buried 22 February 1933 in York Center Cemetery, York Center, Union County.

     On 24 May 1894 in Union County Frank married Viola May LINSLY, the daughter of Hallet B. and Sarah J. (Hedges) Linsly, who was born 22 May 1875 in Claibourne Township, Union County. She died of stomach cancer 4 June 1947 in Bellefontaine, Logan County at age 72, and was buried 7 June 1947 in York Cemetery.

               476       i.    Emmett Carter7 KROUSKOP was born 7 January 1896 in York Township, Union County, Ohio and died in December 1978 in Logan County, Ohio at age 82. Emmett was buried in Zanesfield Cemetery, Zanesfield, Logan County. On 31 March 1915 in Logan County he married first Sarah Alta HAMILTON, known as Alta, the daughter of William S. and Lillie (Greene) Hamilton, who was born circa 1895 in that county. The couple divorced and he married second Nellie I. WILLIAMS 26 September 1925 in Logan County. She was born 11 March 1897 in that county, the daughter of Lewis S. and Zora (Stanley) Williams, and died in June 1986 in Logan County at age 89. She was buried in Zanesfield Cemetery. The couple had children Ralph E., John, Clarence Richard, and ViAnn.

                            ii.    Clara Edna KROUSKOP, known as Edna, was born 18 May 1910 in Union County, Ohio and died at age 15 on 20 March 1925 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio of supperative peritonitis from a ruptured appendix. She was buried 23 March 1925 in York Cemetery, York Center, Union County, Ohio.

 

     325.  Clara M.6 KROUSKOP (Zachary Taylor5, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born in May 1878 in Union County, Ohio. On 1 May 1897 in Logan County, Ohio she married Alphonso KAYLOR, the son of David M. and Mary E. (Clagg) Kaylor, who was born 22 August 1868 in that county. The couple divorced between 1900 and 1904 and he married second Blanche E. Franks 15 June 1920 in Logan County. Alphonso died of paralysis agitans 21 October 1938 at age 70 in Harrison Township, Logan County. He was buried 23 October 1938 in Bellefontaine Cemetery, Lake Township, Logan County.

      Clara married second James Grant YOUNG, the son of George and Elenora (Wagner) Young, 20 March 1905 in Logan County. He was born in July 1865 in Lewistown, Logan County and was married first to Alta Courteney Stokes 15 June 1886 in Logan County.  She was born in 1867. The couple had children Arthur J., born in February 1889 who married Katherine Fleming; Leila Lucile, born in August 1890 who married James Arthur Kohn; Helen L., born in January 1895; Dana, born in April 1897; and Josephine Ethel, born 18 August 1901. Alta died in 1904 and was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center, Logan County.

     Known child of Clara M.6 KROUSKOP and Alphonso KAYLOR was:

               477       i.    Ambrose C.7 KAYLOR was born 2 July 1897 in Logan County, Ohio. He died in that county 6 March 1907 at age 9, and was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center, Logan County, Ohio.

     329.  Louella Mae6 KROUSKOP (John B.5, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 8 June 1883 in Byhalia, Union County, Ohio. She died from injuries suffered in an automobile accident 26 December 1936 in Marion, Marion County, Ohio at age 53. Louella was buried 28 December 1936 in Marion Cemetery, Marion.

     On 14 November 1901 in Union County Louella married Howard Ferdinand CLAPSADDLE, the son of John E. and Estella E. (Watson) Clapsaddle, who was born 27 June 1880 in Logan County, Ohio. The couple divorced in 1920 and Howard married second 15 February 1921 in Union County Lula J. Wade, the daughter of John Archie and Mary E. Wade, who was born 10 May 1897 in Union County. She was married previously 22 March 1917 in Union County to Joseph A. Potts.       Louella married second John William HAMMER 19 June 1936. He was born 1 April 1874 in West Jefferson, Madison County, Ohio, the son of Daniel and Mary Margueretta (Kile) Hammer. John was married first circa 1898 to Eva May Drake, the daughter of John Marshall, Sr., and Lydia (Sharp) Drake, who was born 9 March 1877 in Broadway, Union County. Eva was the sister of John Marshall Drake, Jr. who married Louella’s sister Effie Krouskop (see #332) She died of organic heart disease 23 February 1936 at age 58 in Marion. John, a switchman for the Erie Railroad, died 27 February 1938 in Marion at age 63, and was buried 3 March 1938 in Marion Cemetery.

               480       i.    Herbert Ross7 CLAPSADDLE was born 16 April 1902 in Washington Township, Union County, Ohio and married 27 June 1928 in Clark County, Ohio Lucille GANTT, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Rinehart) Gantt, who was born 27 September 1907 in Union County. Herbert died 2 April 1985 in Charlotte County, Florida at age 82. The couple had a daughter Doris Ann and a son Merrill.

     There were no known children of Louella Mae6 Krouskop and John William Hammer.

 

     330.  Robert John6 KROUSKOP (John B.5, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 15 May 1885 in Union County, Ohio and married Daisy M. HALL 16 March 1905 in that county. He died 29 May 1963 in Ohio at age 78, and was buried in Byhalia Cemetery, Washington Township, Union County.

     Daisy was born 16 August 1886 in Logan County, Ohio, the daughter of George W. and Mary Hall) and died 19 September 1974 in Union County at age 88. She was buried in Byhalia Cemetery. Robert and Daisy adopted a daughter Mary E. who was born 22 February 1920 and died 12 April 2001 at age 81 in Jacksonville, Duval County , Florida. She married Dale E. Ballinger who was born 6 July 1917 and died 1 November 1994 in Jacksonville at age 77.

Perry was born 4 September 1903 in Indiana and died 13 February 1991 in Duval County , Florida at age 87.

 

     331.  Eva LaPearl6 KROUSKOP (John B.5, John F.4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 4 November 1888 in Union County, Ohio. She died of a cerebral accident 5 May 1947 in Washington Township, Union County, Ohio at age 58, and was buried 8 May 1947 in York Cemetery, York Center, Union County.

     Eva married 13 December 1906 in Union County Delbert Grant JOLLIFF, the son of John Dolby and Sarah Ann (Norris) Jolliff, who was born 14 April 1885 in Claiborne Township, Union County. Also known as Grant, he died of a cerebral hemorrhage at Columbus State Hospital 3 November 1942 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio at age 57, and was buried 6 November 1942 in York Cemetery.

CUMMINS, a school principal, who was born 15 February 1907 in Goshen Township, Hardin County, Ohio, the son of Willis H. Cummins, and died 12 April 1960 in Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio. Mildred and Paul were buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster.

               484      iii.    Charles L. JOLLIFF, a school teacher, was born in 1911 and died 11 January 1975 in Marion, Marion County, Ohio at age 64. At the time of death he resided in Hardin County, Ohio. Charles married Thelma DANZ, the daughter of Joseph and May (Teegarden) Danz, who was born 6 April 1917 in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio and died at age 78 on 27 May 1995 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.

               485     iv.    Paul Leonidas JOLLIFF was born 30 March 1913. He died 28 December 1972 in Ohio at age 59, and was buried in Hathaway Cemetery, West Mansfield, Logan County, Ohio. Paul married Doris Allene HOLLAND, the daughter of Robert and Mary Muriel (Bell) Holland, who was born 24 July 1914 in West Mansfield and died 19 August 2010 in Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio at age 96. She was buried in Hathaway Cemetery.

               486      v.    Rachel Irene JOLLIFF was born 3 March 1918 and died 8 September 1983 in Montgomery, Hamilton County, Ohio at age 65. She was buried in Claiborne Cemetery, Richwood, Union County, Ohio. Rachel married Lowell B. HARRIS, the son of Jesse and Tillie V. (McMillen) Harris, who was born 27 July 1920 in Union County and died there 5 November 1970 at age 50. He was buried in Claiborne Cemetery. The couple had a daughter Barbara Jean, born 30 September 1941 and died 4 May 1997 in Union County at age 55, who married [--?--] BLISS; and two sons.

     335.  Bertha May6 KEPNER (Sarah E.5 Krouskop, Richard4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 24 March 1881 in Allen County, Ohio and died of a coronary thrombosis 12 June 1940 in Alger, Hardin County, Ohio at age 59. She was buried 14 June 1940 in Auglaize Cemetery, Auglaize Township, Allen County.

     On 19 October 1897 in Allen County Bertha married Robert Eli MULHOLLAND, Jr., who was born 17 December 1875 in Hardin County, the son of Robert Eli, Sr., and Malinda (Ebling) Mulholland. He died 2 February 1953 in Lima, Allen County at age 77, and was buried in Auglaize Cemetery.

He married 9 December 1928 Juanita Velma LINE, the daughter of William O. and Mabel (Baughman) Line, who was born 27 September 1909 in Hardin County, Ohio and died 25 December 1960 in Alger, Hardin County at age 51.  Benjamin died 5 May 1974 in Lima, Allen County, Ohio at age 74. At the time of death he was married to Venabee [--?--]. Both Benjamin and Juanita were buried in Preston Cemetery in Alger.

               494      ii.    Lyman Lionell MULHOLLAND was born 18 March 1902 and died of a coronary thrombosis 7 October 1946 in Spencerville, Allen County, Ohio at age 44. Circa 1921 he married Sadie FRAILEY who was born 10 January 1905 in Greenup County, Kentucky, the daughter of James and Kate Frailey. She died 18 August 1981 in Spencerville at age 76. Both Lyman and Sadie were buried in Maplewood Cemetery in Allen County.

               495      iii.    Margaret MULHOLLAND was born 19 September 1903 and died in April 1981 in Ohio at age 77. She married 21 September 1920 Garrett LAWRENCE who was born 22 October 1896 in Hardin County, Ohio, the son of Judd and Orda Viola (Linn) Lawrence, and died 4 January 1968 at age 71 in Lima, Allen County, Ohio. He was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima.

               496     iv.    Richard G. MULHOLLAND was born 13 December 1907 and died 4 February 1991 in Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio at age 83.

               497      v.    Beatrice MULHOLLAND was born 16 June 1909. She died 19 September 1981 in Lima, Allen County, Ohio at age 72, and was buried in Memorial Park in Lima. Beatrice married circa 1928 Delcy C. PORTER who was born 26 November 1907 in Hardin County, Ohio, the son of Harley and Sylvia (Cramer) Porter, and died 2 November 1955 at age 47. He was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery.

               498     vi.    Mary R. MULHOLLAND was born 15 December 1911. She died 3 August 1996 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio at age 84. Mary married Winthrop P. AMES who was born 28 May 1899 in New Hampshire and died 24 May 1960 in Ohio at age 59. Both Mary and Winthrop were buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Allen County, Ohio.

               499    vii.    Theodore MULHOLLAND was born 15 March 1917 and died 29 March 1967 in Harrod, Allen County, Ohio at age 50. He was buried in Roundhead Cemetery, Roundhead, Hardin County, Ohio.  Ted, as he was also known, married Winona BIEDERMAN in 1937. She was born 19 April 1919 and died 17 November 2005 at age 86. Winona was buried in Roundhead Cemetery.

 

     336.  Clarence Ralph6 KEPNER (Sarah E.5 Krouskop, Richard4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 30 December 1883 in Ohio and likely died between 1926 and 1930.

     On 7 November 1905 in Allen County, Ohio Clarence married first Melva M. STREETER who was born in 1886 in Columbus Grove, Putnam County, Ohio, the daughter of Willard E. and Martha F. (Myers) Streeter. She died of tuberculosis 3 April 1908 in Lima, Allen County and was buried in Turner Cemetery, Columbus Grove. Clarence and Melva had no children.

      Circa 1908 Clarence married second Nellie BENTZ who was born in 1884 in Pennsylvania. The couple divorced 13 February 1919 in Lima and Nellie married second Merrill David Owen who was born 11 November 1868 in Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio and died in July 1959 in Lima at age 90. He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Allen County. Nellie died in Allen County at age 97 on 10 November 1981.

      Clarence married third 10 March 1919 in Lucas County, Ohio Addie Elizabeth ATKINS, the daughter of Horace and Viola Alberta (Thomas) Atkins, who was born 3 April 1897 in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.

She died in March 1975 in that county at age 77. Both Harold and Mellie were buried in Auglaize Cemetery, Auglaize Township, Allen County.

She died 9 May 1957 in Lima, Allen County at age 65, and was buried 12 May 1957 in Auglaize Cemetery, Auglaize Township, Allen County.

     Elbert was born 28 August 1889 in Allen County, the son of Howard and Sarah (Lowman) Williams, and died 26 March 1951 in Richland Township, Logan County at age 61.

He died in July 1972 in Allen County at age 65. The couple had 10 children including William Herman, born 13 June 1932 and died 14 October 2008 at age 76; Vernon Emil, born 20 November 1939 and died 1 August 2002 at age 62; and Donald Ray, born 5 June 1952 and died 19 November 2006 at age 54.

(Winegardner) Smith, he was born 4 March 1918 in Auglaize Township, Allen County and died 22 March 1987 in that county at age 66. The couple had five sons including William Elbert, born 24 August 1943 and died 10 August 1956 at age 12; Danny Woodrow, born 16 January 1945 and died 12 January 1960 at age 14; and Ernie Howard, born 3 February 1948 and died 11 November 1956 at age 8.

She married Bernard Mark CRAFT and had eight children, one of whom, Russell Lynn, was born 27 September 1947 and died 27 August 1995 in Lima at age 47. Bernard was born 1 August 1915 in Jennings Township, Van Wert County, Ohio, the son of Arthur N. and Bessie Craft, and died 5 June 2000 in Allen County at age 84.

 

     350.  Everett Cornelius6 KROUSKOP (William Thomas5, William Thomas4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 5 February 1898 in Jefferson Township, Logan County, Ohio. He died 31 January 1957 in Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio at age 58, and was buried in East Liberty Cemetery, Perry Township, Logan County.

     Everett married 19 April 1923 in Bellefontaine, Logan County Hazel Mae JACKSON, the daughter of Samuel and Esta (Short) Jackson, who was born 18 October 1906 in Logan County. The couple divorced between 1930 and 1939 and he married second Erma Edna MOORE 23 January 1939 in Portland, Jay County, Indiana. She was born 9 October 1912 in Perry Township, Logan County, the daughter of Herschel and Bessie (McGinnis) Moore. Erma died 26 May 1969 in Sidney at age 56, and was buried in East Liberty Cemetery.

He died 21 August 1940 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio at age 40 of a general paralysis of many years, and was buried 25 August 1940 in Huntsville Cemetery, McArthur Township, Logan County.

     On 1 April 1920 in Everett City, Glynn County, Georgia James, an aviator, married Kermit Maud HOLMES, the daughter of Vanice B. and Maud (Manning) Holmes, who was born 29 March 1902 in Mount Pleasant in Glynn County. The couple divorced.

Betty was buried in Huntsville Cemetery. The couple had three children.

He was buried in Florida National Cemeter y, Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida. James was married three times: first to Juanita ANGUIANO in 1952; second to Jean C. REGAN in 1956; and third to Virginia Marie SULLIVAN 26 December 1974 in Polk County. Virginia was born 12 April 1926 and died 26 October 1995 in Polk County at age 69. She was buried in Florida National Cemetery.

 

     359.  Annabelle6 KROUSKOP (John Robert5, William Thomas4, George3, Johann George2, Johann Georg1) was born 16 July 1906 in Logan County, Ohio. She died 25 May 1990 in Franklin County, Ohio at age 83, and was buried in Huntsville Cemetery, McArthur Township, Logan County.

     On 25 September 1924 in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky Annabelle married first Ray Kenneth GOODING, the son of Louis Samuel and Blanche (Hatter) Gooding, who was born 18 October 1908 in Urbana, Champaign County, Ohio. Ray and Annabelle divorced and he married Kathleen [--?--]. He died 14 July 1974 in Westerville, Franklin County, Ohio at age 65, and was buried 17 July 1974 in Oakdale Cemetery, Champaign County.

      Annabelle married second Russell Lowell WILLIAMS 3 October 1956. He was born 10 January 1902 in Ohio and died 23 June 1975 at age 73 in Bellefontaine, Logan County. He was buried in Huntsville Cemetery.

               534      ii.    Caroline Ann GOODING was born 18 July 1926 in Urbana, Champaign County, Ohio and died 28 January 2010 in Bellefontaine, Logan County, Ohio at age 83. She married Richard Eugene BIRD 7 July 1945. He was born 12 May 1926 in Bellefontaine, the son of Harold G. and Mary A. Bird, and died there 4 October 2002 at age 76. The couple had four children.

               535      iii.    Louis Samuel GOODING was born 10 February 1937 in Russell’s Point, Logan County, Ohio. He married first Barbara GUNN 3 December 1956 at Fort McClellan, Calhoun County, Alabama and had four children. Louis married second Donna L. ROPP 24 November 1972 and had a daughter. On 17 September 1980 he married third Bonnie Lee LOUDEN.

He died 29 June 1977 in Marion, Marion County, Ohio at age 67, and was buried in Huntsville Cemetery, McArthur Township, Logan County.

     On 11 August 1933 in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana Don married Cloris Ruth SNYDER who was born 7 June 1915 in Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio, the daughter of Virgil F. and Louise( Lowe) Snyder. She died 23 March 1988 in Citrus Heights, Sacramento County, California at age 72, and was buried in Huntsville Cemetery.

     387.  Peter Arrell Brown6 WIDENER II (Joseph Early5, Peter Arrell Brown4, Sarah3 Fulmer, Anna Maria2 Krouskop, Johann Georg1) was born 25 June 1895 in Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey. He died of a rheumatic heart condition 20 April 1948 in Wynnewood, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania at age 52.

     Peter married Gertrude Thompson DOUGLAS 4 November 1924 in Elkins Park, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She was born 8 July 1897 in Albany, Albany County, New York and was the daughter of Senator Curtis Noble and Nancy Sherman (Thompson) Douglas. Gertrude married first Frederick Peabody, a wealthy men’s clothing manufacturer, but divorced him in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada a few weeks before her marriage to Peter. She died 3 February 1970 in New York City, New York at age 72.

               542       i.    Peter Arrell Brown7 WIDENER III was born 12 August 1925 in New York City, New York and died 3 September 1999 in Sheridan, Sheridan County, Wyoming at age 74. He married first Louise Brownell VAN METER 24 October 1947 in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky. She was born 17 November 1928 in Lexington, the daughter of Jacob Baylor and Edith Church (Berryman) Van Meter. The couple had two sons and divorced in 1958. Peter married second 21 May 1959 Mrs. Patricia Massie TAVENDER and had son a son. Patricia was killed 4 February 1963 at age 35 in an airplane crash, and in 1964 Peter married third Delta Airlines stewardess Frances Miriam CRENSHAW.

               543      ii.    Ella Anne WIDENER was born 14 June 1928 in New York City, New York and died 6 May 1986 in Paris, France at age 57. She married in February 1949 Cortright Highland WETHERILL who was born 26 November 1923 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, the son of Charles Augustus Heckscher and Edwina Elkins (Wiederseim) Bruner Wetherill. He died 23 May 1988 in Lansdowne, Delaware County, Pennsylvania at age 64. The couple had two sons.
